Ryan Phillippe Shares Rare Photo With His and Alexis Knapp’s 12-Year-Old Daughter Kai

Ryan Phillippe is thankful for time spent with family.

The MacGruber star shared a sweet glimpse at his fun-filled Thanksgiving holiday weekend spent with his 12-year-old daughter Kai.

In a series of photos posted to Instagram Nov. 27, Ryan and Kai—who he coparents with ex Alexis Knapp—are seen hanging out with their squad during a car ride, dining out and visiting a Christmas tree farm.

"Had the BEST Thanksgiving wknd w these lil beauties," the Cruel Intentions star captioned his post. "Sawyer, Ever, Kai & Isla. Pizza was had, Elf was watched, Young Sheldon was binged (along w teen romance anime). Boba was had, boardwalk shopping, cooking of pancakes was attempted, and we found some fake snow."

Ryan—who is also dad to kids Ava, 24, and Deacon, 20, with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon—concluded, "+ the eagles beat buffalo in OT and moved to 10-1, but I think that only mattered to me." 

Earlier this year, Alexis also gave an inside look to quality time spent with her mini-me Kai, sharing footage of the mother-daughter duo celebrating the Fourth of July weekend.

"4th of July for the 12th time w/ my Kai," the Pitch Perfect star captioned her Instagram post at the time. "Our favorite yet…Same beaches my father took me at her age & younger, precious memories flooding in. Heart. So at peace… My shmoo shmoo is truly everything, thankful."

Ryan and Alexis dated for four months in 2010 before the two called it quits that September. The following July, the former couple welcomed their daughter.

But they aren't the pair you may forgot dated once upon a time. Keep reading to revisit the romances of other celeb couples.

After the fact, Damon called Ryder a "great woman" in a 2004 Playboy interview, while Ryder told Black Book in 2009, "Matt couldn't be a greater, nicer guy. I'm really lucky that I'm on good terms with him."

There was something about their chemistry at the 2003 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, where Diaz presented Timberlake with the award for Best Burp—because they dated for almost four years, seriously enough to issue a statement when their relationship ended in 2007, "mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another."

The Scandal star appeared on the cover of InStyle Weddings in 2005 when she was engaged to the Big actor, but they split up in 2007.

Madonna never addressed the story that she dated the rapper, who was killed in 1996 when he was only 25, until 2015. When Howard Stern brought up her infamously feisty 1994 chat with David Letterman, she explained, "I was dating Tupac at the time, and the thing is...he got me all riled up on life in general."

After her divorce from Ryan Phillippe and before marrying agent Jim Toth, Reese starred with Jake in the 2007 thriller Rendition and they dated for a couple of years.

"She is, as I would say about most of the women who I'm close friends with or had relationships in my life," Jake said admiringly of his ex, "one of the smartest, strongest people I've ever met."
